What sizes do your posters come in?
We offer a range of standard sizes (30x45cm, 40x60cm, 60x90cm) to suit different frames and spaces. Sizes may vary slightly during production, you’ll find the dimensions listed on each product page.

Are your posters framed?
Posters are sold unframed or framed. Totally up to you which you prefer!

What paper do you use?
We print on high-quality, thick matte art paper that brings out vibrant colours and fine details. It’s durable, non-glare, and made to last. However, it is quite heavy on the wall so we suggest using new blu-tack on a clean wall to ensure it sticks.

Do you do custom designs or sizes?
Yes! If you’re after a specific size or a tweak to one of our designs, shoot us an email, we’ll see what we can do. Also check out the custom work page for pricing and more info.

How long will shipping take?
We typically ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

My poster arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us within 4 days with photos of the damage (including the packaging), and we’ll do our best to sort it out ASAP.

Can I return or exchange a poster?
Since each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
